For our deliveries, we use bpost, the belgian company services to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.
At the moment, we offer two shipping solutions:
– Standard mail: no insurance or refund in the event of loss or damage.
– Registered mail: registered with acknowledgement of receipt, can be insured with extra costs.
The purchased items are shipped in a shock-proof kraft foam envelope.
Please note that the delivery charges do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes or duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
While we do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

Please note that, for the registered mail, we do offer insurance as an optional extra in the checkout process. The insurance costs are € 5,00 for all destinations.
At the moment, the only payment method accepted is PayPal. Please note that we’ll offer credit card payments as soon as possible.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.
We do not offer a return and exchange service at the moment. However, if, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us.
